Join the ESBC
The East Sussex Bach Choir is always looking for new singers and would love to hear from you if you are interested in joining us. We are very keen to attract good singers to join the Choir: we are always ready to welcome new members and have vacancies for all voices, especially first sopranos, tenors and basses. Sight-reading ability would be an advantage.
You are most welcome to attend a few rehearsals before deciding if you would like to join the choir. An audition will then be arranged for you.
Regular attendance at the choir's rehearsals is essential. These mainly take place from 15:00 to 18:00 in Lewes on several Saturdays before a concert. Occasional weekday rehearsals may be necessary. The choir performs approximately four concerts per year. Follow the 'Concert History' link to get an idea of the type of music we perform.
